EMSella Treatments

The EMSella from BTL is our newest vaginal rejuvenation device. It is a comfortable chair that you sit on fully clothed, which uses electromagnetic technology to stimulate your pelvic muscles and tighten vaginal tissues.

Femme 360 Treatments

Femme 360 Treatments

Femme 360 is JUVA's newest vaginal rejuvenation technology, and the fastest vaginal rejuvenation procedure available. Like ThermiVa, it utilizes radiofrequency energy to heat and tighten vaginal tissues. With a built-in "Energy Flow Control" system to ensure there are no irregularities, the radiofrequency energy is applied evenly to the tissue for optimal results. The treatment is painless, with most women describing a warm sensation that is not unpleasant.

The internal vaginal canal treatment only takes eight minutes to perform, with an external vaginal treatment taking approximately three to 15 minutes, depending on the areas the patient wishes to address. If there is any discomfort, it is usually a slight heat sensation, and the power levels can be easily adjusted to relieve this. Our female providers understand the sensitive nature of these treatments, and will help to put you at ease.

Unlike older technologies, there is no downtime associated with the procedure. We generally recommend three Femme 360 treatments, spaced approximately one week apart, for best results, although depending on your individual needs you may need fewer or more. We may also recommend coming in for a single touch-up session once a year following your initial three treatments.

How ThermiVA Works

ThermiVA Treatments

ThermiVA is a part of the ThermiTight program, which uses the ThermiRF device, and is cleared by the FDA for dermatological use. It works by sending radio frequency waves into the internal and external vaginal tissues for gentle tightening and collagen stimulation. The entire treatment lasts only around 30 minutes, and is painless. You may feel some discomfort akin to a gynecological exam, but most patients find the treatment very tolerable. There is no need for anesthetics, and there is no real downtime. You can resume your everyday activities immediately after treatment. For optimal results, we recommend a series of three treatments.

ThermiVA can help you regain youthful, tight vulvovaginal tissue, and can also help to:

  • Increase natural vaginal lubrication
  • Decrease stress incontinence
  • Increase sexual gratification
  • Increase confidence and libido

EMSella Treatments

The EMSella from BTL is our newest vaginal rejuvenation device. It is a comfortable chair that you sit on fully clothed, which uses electromagnetic technology to stimulate your pelvic muscles and tighten vaginal tissues. One treatment with the powerful EMSella is equivalent to 11,200 Kegel exercises! EMSella is FDA approved for reduction of urinary stress incontinence as well as vaginal laxity. If you are suffering from leakage issues when sneezing or exercising, or want to improve your sexual satisfaction, this treatment may be right for you.

In addition, if you are uncomfortable with the idea of a vaginal probe as is used with most other non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation devices in order to reach the vaginal canal tissues, you may be happier with the EMSella since treatments are performed fully clothed. All you have to do is sit on a chair! One EMSella session takes around half an hour, after which you can resume your normal activities right away. The treatment itself is comfortable and requires no downtime. Most women will see some immediate results, but for optimal results we recommend a series of six treatments, ideally two per week.

How EMSella Works

Recovery After Vaginal Rejuvenation

Because vaginal rejuvenation tightening through the use of lasers or radio frequency technology is not a surgical procedure, recovery is very minimal. You will not experience any pain during or after the procedure(s). It is recommended that you abstain from intercourse or using a tampon for three days after each treatment, but otherwise, there will not be any type of downtime or recovery period.

You may experience some slight redness or swelling after treatment, but this will dissipate on its own fairly quickly and is nothing to worry about. Most patients notice some initial results after their very first treatment, with results continuing to improve with each subsequent treatment.
