Here’s the skinny on precancerous lesions. Precancerous actinic keratoses lesions are red in color. Brown seborrheic keratoses are not cancerous. Both are caused by sun exposure. Actinic lesions can develop into skin cancer, but there shouldn’t be a problem. If they’re removed. Seborrheic lesions are not dangerous.
